We are looking for a passionate and analytical growth marketer who wants to grow with the company and take Funnels paid acquisition channels to the next level. The Growth team
Our Growth team is responsible for rapid experimentation across marketing channels and web development to identify the most effective and efficient ways to acquire new leads and customers. The Growth team reaches out to potential customers in all digital channels and help them to understand the power of Funnel. In addition, our Growth team guides and nurtures potential customers through their entire customer journey and converts them into leads. Paid acquisition is the core of our customer acquisition mix and hence it needs to be consummated to fuel our growth targets.

How can you make one of the fastest growing MarTech companies grow even faster? You aim high and never settle for something mediocre. You’re eager to test new ideas and dare to think differently. We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven, results-oriented marketer with in-depth understanding of digital analytics to join the growth team in Stockholm. You have a broad understanding and hands-on experience of working with digital advertising and analytics. You’re technically and analytically strong, and aim to be one of the top digital marketers in the industry. In this role you have the possibility to grow and work with the top digital talent in the industry. You’ll also have the freedom to build a marketing mix of your choice and to test new creative ways to acquire more leads.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and genuinely interested in data-driven digital marketing and analysis
  • High-performing work experience working with digital analytics or marketing
  • Hands on experience working with Google Analytics and other digital analytics tools
  • Good skills in interpreting data and transforming these findings into actionable task
  • Fluent in English

  • University degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, finance, engineering or similar
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Good copywriting skills

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a state of the art paid acquisition strategy
  • Manage a monthly advertising budget of +1M SEK
  • Continually test, optimise and develop paid acquisition channels
  • Analyse the behaviour of our website visitors, discover trends and improve user experience and conversion rate
  • Identify new marketing channels and develop and optimise the current ones to fuel Funnel’s fast growth pace
