When making changes to your Data Warehouse export schema in Funnel, you will now receive warning messages and the option to undo your changes.
If you perform actions that will cause "dangerous" schema changes, a warning button will be displayed:
If you click on this button, you'll be able to see a list changes and the option to revert them:
Here's a couple of examples of "dangerous" schema changes which will prompt this warning message:
- Removing fields, moving/changing the order of fields, and renaming fields.
Note: removing a field causes fields after it to be moved up/left one place.
- Removing or renaming fields.
Note: Renaming can occur if the header/column format is changed.
We hope that these new warning messages are useful when making schema changes. If you have any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to help.
