Modern Slavery Statement

This statement is made on behalf of Funnel Holding AB (publ) and its subsidiaries (“Funnel”) pursuant to section 54(1) the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Doing business in a legal, ethical and responsible manner has always been important principles for Funnel.

Our business

Funnel is a leading provider of a B2B SaaS within Marketing Intelligence. The Funnel Group, where the ultimate parent company is Funnel Holding AB (publ), has its head office in Stockholm, Sweden. Funnel operates globally, with subsidiaries in Sweden, the UK, Ireland, Germany, the USA and Australia, with a total of approximately 350 employees. Funnel recognizes the risk for modern slavery in its own business to be very low but is aware that the risk assessment to be made also extends to its supply chain.

Our supply chain

Funnel's supply chain consists primarily of cloud service providers (e.g., Amazon Web Services and Google) for data hosting and other software and technology vendors. The providers engaged are companies that reside in countries where international and national laws as well as principles and norms on human rights, labour and anti-corruption are fully accepted. Even though we consider the risk for modern slavery in the supply chain as low, we will always work to minimize the risks as far as possible.

Our policies on slavery and human trafficking

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our Code of Conduct reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. More specifically, these policies outline Funnel’s principles in relation to labor standards such as forced labor, child labor, employment conditions, health and safety as well as human rights.

Due diligence processes for slavery and human trafficking

Funnel presently has no specific due diligence process for slavery and human trafficking but has a thorough due diligence process where IT, information security, privacy and legal aspects are reviewed prior to engaging new providers, and we will act upon any red flag in relation to improper labor standards.

Training

Funnel presently has no employee training specifically covering slavery and human trafficking but requires all employees to read and confirm their agreement with Funnel’s Code of Conduct.

At the present time, we deem our practices to be sufficient to ensure there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our business or supply chain. We are committed to improving our practices if this would be deemed necessary to combat slavery and human trafficking.
