Choice of data region

To meet our customers' preferences on data residency, we offer the possibility to choose whether their data is hosted in either the US or EU for select subscriptions. This also provides peace of mind to customers acting as, or for, agencies with customers wanting to host their data in the EU or the US. Regardless of the data region, we are fully compliant with applicable privacy frameworks and meet the high-performance needs of our clients.

Our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) ensures that we have appropriate security measures in place and that these measures are continuously evaluated and improved.

SOC 2

Funnel has undergone a SOC 2 Type 2 attestation. SOC 2 is an attestation framework developed by the American organization AICPA that is perfectly suited for SaaS providers. The purpose of the framework is to be able to ensure that an organization has adequate internal controls in place to protect its customers' data.
