Do you only have these connectors?

We have the industry's largest library of connectors, and it's always growing! We often add new data connectors, and we build custom connectors for our Business and Enterprise customers who have a special request.
If you're on our free or starter plan, we can often find ways to bring your data into Funnel without a connector – such as a csv file or spreadsheet, or creating a webhook. Just get in touch and we can tell you more.

What's the difference between custom and core connectors?

Core connectors are the ones we include as standard across all our plans. Custom connectors are built especially on request, and are only available on the higher tier plans. Core connectors tend to be the ones that we see most people using, while custom connectors are usually more specialist or less widely used.
If I need a custom-made connector, how long does it take?

We'll pick up your custom request within two working days, and new connectors usually take between two to eight weeks from then, depending on the complexity.
Can I get a free trial?

We'll be happy to set you up with a free trial, tailored to your exact requirements. But please note that we can't make custom connectors for your free trial.
