How to connect Google Cloud Storage
How to connect Google Cloud Storage
Step 1 - Create a bucket
Log in to your Google Console at https://console.cloud.google.com/storage/browser and create a Bucket. You will need to decide on a globally unique "Bucket name".
Step 2 - Authenticate with you Google account
Sign in and use a Google user with access to the bucket you want to upload to. When sharing data to a GCS bucket you also have the option to do so using our service account.
Step 3 - Create a Data Share in Funnel
In Funnel, navigate to Share > Data warehouse and select Google Cloud Storage. Choose the fields you want to share. Also select the formats (CSV, TSV or Parquet) and how often the data should be scheduled (daily or weekly).
Step 4 - Work with your data in Google Cloud Storage
That’s it, you have created a scheduled data share from Funnel to your Google Cloud.
