Hi there! The sun is shining, the cherry blossoms are out and we’re all smiles! We hope to bring a smile to your face with the latest product updates from Funnel. This month our updates video stars Katie, our global enablement manager at Funnel. Let’s take a look:

New fields with standard rules

Standard rules make your experience of mapping commonly used metrics and dimensions across platforms easy. We add the rules so you don’t have to.

We’ve simplified the process of creating fields with standard rules more intuitive while including clearer, more descriptive text about how to create the fields you need. We’ve also added three new standard metrics to help you easily group data across platforms: Conversions, Revenue and Video views.

You can create metrics and dimensions with standard rules when you click the "Create Metric" or "Create Dimension" button.

Data Source Templates

You can now save data source configurations as a template. This makes it easier to scale when setting up Funnel for multiple similar workspaces. This feature is available on our Business and Enterprise plans.

You can add new Data Source Templates within the "Configure Data Sources" step in the Connect flow.

Improved Shopify connector

We are excited to announce that Funnel now has an app in the Shopify app store! This will allow you to connect new Shopify data sources in just a few clicks. We have also built a series of new metrics that will help you generate valuable output from your Shopify data even faster. These metrics include: Average Items per Order, Return Rate, Gross Profit, Gross Margin, New Customer Orders, Returning Customer Orders, and more.

New fields and metrics

Shopify, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Spotify Ad Studio are some of the connectors we’ve updated this month. To see the full list of connector updates, read our blog post!
