We are thrilled to bring you the latest updates from Funnel! This month our updates video stars Carl, one of our developers at Funnel. Let's take a look:

Custom Destinations

In the Share-menu, you can now see Funnel’s “Custom Destinations” alongside our core destinations. “Custom Destinations” – similar to our “Custom Connectors” – are integrations built and maintained by our integration engineering team, and set up in accordance with your specifications. If you can’t find the destination you need, you can easily request a new destination to be added.

New features for dashboards

We have some exciting new features for dashboards. Check it out: 

Stacked bar charts

By popular demand, we've added stacked bar charts as a visualization option to our dashboards. This makes it easier to see total values per period and understand how each category contributes to the total.

Date aggregation controls

We have added the option to choose between day, week and month date aggregation in our visual chart types.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud available in EU deployment

If you are using the EU deployment of Funnel, you can now access our Salesforce Marketing Cloud connector. You will find it listed among the Data Sources alongside other connectors.

New Core connector: TikTok Shop

TikTok Shop is a new e-commerce platform that allows businesses to sell products directly on TikTok through in-feed media and a separate shop interface. We’ve built the connector in a way to make it easy to work with and fit into your reporting. 

Important Reminder: Google Universal Analytics is shutting down

On July 1, 2024, all Google Universal Analytics properties, including premium ones, will be fully shut down and all data will be permanently deleted on Google’s side. This will not affect the UA data you already have saved in Funnel. Therefore it is important that you confirm that your UA data in Funnel is in order well in time before deadline. Note that it will not be possible to collect any UA data after the deadline. You can find more info here.

New fields and metrics
